Thank you for your interest in joining us. Camp Lightbulb is based in Palm Springs, CA and runs camps in Los Angeles, New York City, and Provincetown.
We are always looking for committed people and highly value a diverse team. The ideal Camp Lightbulb counselor is driven, full of energy, a bit silly, hard-working, can turn a difficult situation around, and is as focused on having fun with and inspiring our campers as supporting them.
Open Positions
We are looking for summer camp counselors with backgrounds in education, social work, and mental health as well as those with First Aid, Food Safety, and Lifeguard Certifications.
Interviews take place on an ongoing basis until all positions are filled. All counselors must be at least 21 years of age and are subject to reference and background checks.
We also have ongoing opportunities for interns in Los Angeles.
